Decades of Experience Machining Aluminum Castings

From multiple vertical machining centers equipped with the 5th axis, to our large horizontal machining centers, Precision Enterprises can process nearly any size casting. We currently machine 95% of the castings poured in our foundries. With decades of experience machining aluminum castings, you can expect parts that are precisely to print and on time, every time.

Speed + Accuracy + Quality = Repeatability

Speed, accuracy, repeatability and quality. These are what we emphasize in our machining division. We currently machine 95% of the castings poured in our foundries. Accuracy and repeatability is built into our CNC machining centers, the oldest of which is less than three years of age. The use of pallet changing devices enables a part to be loaded while another is being machined — an increase in efficiency that means shorter time-to-market for our customers. We continuously monitor and audit our machining operations. This enables us to conform to all ISO Q9001:2015 Certified procedures and back up our conformance with the required measurements and documentation. We currently have 25+ CNC machines, from large verticals and lathes to our newest horizontal machining center. We design all tooling in-house and can use your CAD file to automatically program our tool pads.

Constantly Upgrading All Machining Centers with Faster And More Accurate models.

Our Newest Addition: Makino A71 Horizontal Machining Center for very large castings! The a71 is rapidly becoming one of the most popular platforms for high-volume machining of parts made of cast iron and light alloys. Makino’s spindle integration with the drive motor’s rotor reduces vibration during high-speed operation and increases acceleration/deceleration. Rapid spindle acceleration to top speed in just 2.4 seconds helps reduce non-cut time substantially.
